Here are the common questions to help you in navigating the ESL List site. If you have any other questions or suggestions (we would love to hear them!), feel free to message us in the chatbox and we'll get back to you shortly.

How can I add a school?

  1. Add a listing via this form.
    • If you are the owner, log in before filling in the form so you can claim it at the same time.
    • If you are only adding as a guest, creating an account is not necessary.
  2. In the "School Name" field, search the school to avoid duplicates.
  3. Fill in with the necessary information.
  4. Submit the form. We'll notify you via email once your listing is live. This could take up to 24 hours.

How can I review a school?

It is advisable, but not required, to create an account so you can easily review more than 1 ESL school.

Via the Review form

  1. Review a school or agency via this form or on your dashboard (needs to be logged if via the dashboard).
  2. Search for the school you want to review. If not found, you can type in the school name and follow instructions on how to add.
  3. Fill in the review form.
  4. Submit the form.

Via the listing's page

  1. Find the listing you want to review.
  2. Click on "Write a Review" button.
  3. Fill in the review form.
  4. Submit the form.

We'll notify you via email once your review is approved. This could take up to 24 hours.

How can I claim a school listing?

Claiming a school listing is one the requirements to be able to post jobs.

Via the listing's page

  1. Log into your ESL List account. If you don't have an account yet, you can register here.
  2. Once logged in, search for the school.
  3. Under the school name, click Claim this Listing button.
  4. Provide relevant information on why we should approve your claim. An example would be providing an email account that matches the school name or provide a link to show you are hiring for the school.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Wait for 24-48 hrs for our email verifying your claim.
    • If Approved, you can now add more information about the school.
    • If Not Approved, you can send us an email for reconsideration.

Via the dashboard

  1. Log in and go to the "Claimed Listings" section in you dashboard.
  2. Click on "Claim a Listing" button.
  3. Fill in the claim form.
  4. Submit the form.

Wait for 24-48 hrs for our email verifying your claim.

  • If Approved, you can now add more information about the school.
  • If Not Approved, you can send us an email for reconsideration.
How much does it cost to post jobs?

NONE

We are offering the service free for everyone who is hiring.

But we appreciate donations from anyone who wants to support the site for it's maintenance.

How can I post jobs?

Only users with claimed listings can post jobs.

  1. Log in and got to the "Jobs" section of your dashboard.
  2. to your Account and see your claimed listing. Click the eye icon to be redirected to your school's page.
  3. Click the "Post a Job" button. If you cannot see it, you haven't claimed a listing yet.
  4. Fill in all the fields in the Post Job form according to your requirements.
  5. Click "Submit".
  6. Wait for our confirmation within 12-24 hrs. Once approved, the job post will now appear on the ESL List job board.
What can I get if I claim my school?

Once claimed, you can do the following:

  1. Update school information anytime.
  2. Post job openings for free.
